We test performance, failure modes, security, permissions and the cost to run at scale.

We recommend one of four outcomes: scale, change, defer or stop. Each comes with the evidence behind it.
Evidence before investment
Before investing in a larger AI project, you need to know whether the proposed solution will work. The lab gives you a chance to test it, understand the costs and identify any problems before deciding whether to proceed.
